I'm Delaney Johnston: an aspiring writer, photographer, and teacher. I like to explore new places, try new things, and meet new people (even though, I'm a Grade-A introvert). I received my very first camera--a pink Nikon Coolpix-- as a Christmas present when I was a young girl, and I've been hooked ever since. To me, photography is more than just a creative outlet; it's a way to capture beauty and a way to save a memory. It's a way to evoke emotion and to create a smile. It's a way to tell a story.
